Secretary Kennedy's directive is for ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø to lead the nation in health readiness and response. His , to support the state's efforts to control the measles outbreak, resulted in discussions with Texas state health officials to deploy another ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø response team to the area to further assist with the state's efforts to protect its citizens against measles and its complications.
