NCHS Report on Deaths Among Persons of Hispanic Origin
The first detailed report containing data on the mortality
of the Hispanic-origin population for a 15-state reporting
area is available from ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø's National Center for Health
Statistics. Population counts are taken from the 1980
decennial census for major Hispanic groups in the reporting
area. Mortality information is taken from death certificates
as reported from the National Vital Statistics system.
