ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø Discontinues Distribution of Primaquine

ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø has been advised that the U.S. manufacturer (Winthrop Pharmaceuticals, New York) has resumed production of primaquine phosphate, the antimalarial drug that decreases the risk for relapses from Plasmodium vivax and P. ovale. Therefore, primaquine will no longer be available from the ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø Drug Service.
