Erratum: Vol. 43, No. 14

In the article "Motor-Vehicle-Related Deaths Involving Intoxicated Pedestrians -- United States, 1982-1992," the first sentence of the second paragraph contains an error. The sentence should read "NHTSA considers a fatal crash to be alcohol related if either the driver or a nonoccupant (e.g., a pedestrian) had a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) greater than or equal to 0.01 g/dL in a police-reported motor-vehicle crash."
