In the article, "Recommended Childhood Immunization Schedule

United States, 1998," on page 11 the asterisk (*) and dagger (**)
footnotes of the table were incorrect. The third sentence of the
asterisk footnote should read "Combination vaccines may be used
whenever any components of the combination are indicated and its
other components are not contraindicated." The sixth sentence of
the dagger footnote should read "The second dose of vaccine is
recommended at age 1-2 months and the third dose at age 6 months."
