Notice to Readers: Revision of Infection Control Guidelines
ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø s Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC) is planning a revision of four infection control guidelines: the Guideline for Prevention of Nosocomial Pneumonia, the Guideline for Prevention of Intravascular Device-Related Infections, the Guideline for Isolation Precautions in Hospitals, and Recommendations for Preventing the Spread of Vancomycin-Resistant Enterococci. The committee is soliciting input from the public about the issues to be addressed in each of the revised guidelines. Comments and suggestions regarding the revision of these four guidelines should be forwarded by mail to HICPAC Guidelines, ÐÇ¿ÕÓéÀÖ¹ÙÍø, Mailstop A-07, 1600 Clifton Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30333, or by e-mail to [email protected]. Deadline for receipt of comments is March 31, 2000.
