What to expect

Fellows work to develop online learning products by the end of the six-month program. Examples of courses and trainings developed from the program can be found on this page and by searching the keyword "ELI" on .

Design and development of an e-learning product requires considerable effort. Fellows must be willing to commit to the full six-month, online fellowship. Fellows are expected to spend 2-3 hours per week during business hours on the product. They will also spend up to 10 hours of personal time per week on the product once design and development has begun.

Fellows will be assigned mentors and a mentor team but will be responsible for completing the project on their own.

The 2025 fellowship begins on March 17, 2025 and ends with two days of virtual presentations on August 27-28, 2025. Virtual attendance will be required on these dates. Additionally, fellows are expected to attend several other live virtual sessions throughout the fellowship.
