The WTC Health Program has multiple Clinical Centers of Excellence (CCE) throughout the New York (NY) metropolitan area. There are specific CCEs for Responders and Survivors. The Nationwide Provider Network (NPN) provides care for members outside of the NY metropolitan area.

Once you are enrolled in the WTC Health Program, you will visit a CCE or NPN provider for your initial health evaluation, annual monitoring exams (Responders and Certified-Eligible Survivors only), and any care necessary to treat your certified WTC-related conditions.

Existing members should contact their CCE or the NPN directly to schedule medical appointments. New members will receive a welcome letter with information on how to schedule an initial health evaluation at one of the CCEs or through the NPN. If you have questions about the CCEs or the NPN, please call the WTC Health Program at 1-888-982-4748.
