Outreach and Education Partners

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health has established outreach and education partnerships to support the needs of multiple World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program populations. Our partners provide information about the WTC Health Program and assist in the recruitment of eligible responders and survivors through culturally and linguistically appropriate educational materials during various outreach efforts.

Contract details can be found at and searching by award number, organization name, and/or contract year.

Current Contracts

The NIOSH-funded outreach and education agreements listed below were awarded in 2025 for a duration of 1 year with the option for four additional years of funding.

  • Hispanic Federation (HF) is the nation鈥檚 premier Latino nonprofit membership organization who will be supporting and providing outreach and education to Spanish speaking survivors, including low-income individuals and residents living in lower Manhattan, affected by the September 11, 2001 attacks in NYC. The contractor will implement holistic, integrated, culturally and linguistically competent activities targeting these populations. Activities will raise awareness, provide information, and serve as a community resource for enrollment assistance to the WTC Health Program. HF works to increase knowledge of the WTC Health Program and provide education to those in the Hispanic community who may require guidance on the eligibility process.
